Cranio Sacral Therapy is a manual therapy for the whole body. The aim is to improve the flow of energy in the body, to activate the body's healing processes and to ease tension and pain. The main treatment points are the cranium, the spine and the sacrum as they together comprise the central nervous system. Within this system is a type of circulation. This system can be damaged by illnesses of the muscles or connective tissues, metabolic disorders, inflammations, accidents etc. The therapist can detect blockade points with his hands, and treat them with light pressure and restore the normal flow of energy.
